The waiters were cordial except for Adrian and Regato. The crew did kept common areas refreshed. Whenever I asked for assistance people in the jackets with ranks would get other people to do the work. When I spoke to the managers some wouldn’t speak back. I had a manager said that’s not his job.

They didn’t offer me another room or upgrade. They offered us 100.00 towards next cruise. They damage was already done and I couldn’t relax knowing that I slept in the bed the first night like that.
