It was a so-so trip compared with my previous voyages with other cruise companies. I would review Princess Cruise communication services before I sign up another tour again.

It was a very good cruise experience. I have to give a lot of credit to our “tour guy” ,Thomas Houser, who guided us into the package we settled on. As usual his advice on what to look for was spot on. The package had the amenities you’d like and expect and Thomas recommended we go for the Club Class, now they call it Premier I understand, and that was good advice. Cabin location, amenities, pricing was right on. It was our first Princess cruise. I’d definitely go with them again. Thanks Thomas for your guidance and help.

Cruise was lacking the food and entertainment choices. The wife and I both caught Covid.

Staff made it a very comfortable trip. Loved the sunshine.

The Caribbean Princess ship is old and needs remodeled or retired. The entertainment was suboptimal. The food was so-so. The activities on the ship were not good either. The overall itinerary was disappointing.

It was our first cruise to Princess, we sailed with NCL, NCL Haven, Carnival and Royal; it was a very pleasant experience, especially with the medallion, very easy, convenient to all, especially big family like our.

Enjoyed the new Panama Canal. Sorry we had LOTS of sea days.

Upset we missed stops, crew did nothing to make it up, 7 sea days is too much! An officer put his hands on me because I was complaining, along with others, about missing Jamaica. Food was just ok, disappointing for a cruise. Shows were good. Too many boring sea days

All in all, it was a wonderful cruise, truly enjoyed our vacation. Unfortunately we missed out on 2 of the 5 ports, which is a bit disappointing to say the least. Sure wish Princess would have compensated the guests in some way.

Due to cancelled ports there was a lot of time spent at sea with mediocre entertainment and food.

Would definitely recommend Princess lines especially if the crew is Dan, Josh, Ethan,and Bogani. Very entertaining

The information we received was that the ship was only about 2/3rds full, which certainly could reflect on our generally positive review.

Overall it was an excellent cruise - very relaxing!

Except for the air condiotioning it was a very fun and relaxing vacation.

The overall experience was pleasant especially because we booked several non-affiliated excursions. The ports are beautiful this time of year.

Everything was great on the ship. The hurricane ruined our ports of call.

Tropical Storm Fiona effected our cruise significantly so missed 4 scheduled ports of call and had an extra 2 days at sea. But the decisions made by Captain / Executive team were far worse than the storm effects. Left all ports later than expected (no Bon Voyage party - since we left NY after 10pm at night) due to fuel issues?? Choose to leave Boston to sail around harbor (but not far enough away to open shops and Casino) only to be told we could not go back to Boston to Moor up for Fiona passing (since the port was now full - why did we leave anyway - beautiful day when we could have explored more of Boston). So spent the next two days riding out Fiona on the high seas (very rough - with nothing to do). Weather can not be controlled but the decisions made by the Officers and Logistics team were very very bad - they should all be made to walk the plank!!!
