Was not clear on tours offered. Wanted to go through locks and didn’t realize that yours were after you went through locks. Staff wasn’t very informative on what tours involved

Port was great but your company wasn’t the best. Long ride in the bus and then too long of a stop in Ocho Rios at a small and crowded shopping place. Guide did not talk the whole way back to port and we were not able to shop at port in Falmouth. Would not recommend this tour company.
