Here was the only problem we had. We found the room and other parts of the ship to be extremely warm. Air conditioning was not as cool as it should have been.

If you plan on laying out by the pool skip breakfast and get there early.

We were on the same cruise. AC in our room was not cool. Fortunately we always bring a fan with us. Customer service desk tried to help and did follow up several times. We received a generous FCC for the inconvenience. It expires in one year. We probably won't use it due to other already booked cruises.

The Original Princess Caribbean

5th time on Princess (9th overall). While it was better than our previous cruise in April on the Majestic, it’s still apparent they have no idea how to provide good entertainment. Overall the cruise was good but we may have to skip Princess for a while.
