We really enjoyed it and plan on doing more cruises with Royal Caribbean

Had an amazing experience with 29 members of our family to celebrate our cousins 70th birthday. The trip was a total surprise and you can tell she was truly blessed and had a wonderful time.

4 DAY WEEKEND, SEEMED LIKE I WAS GONE A WEEK. GREAT EXPERENCE

We love to cruise but will never go on RC again. Very rude. When we complained, we were offered a free beach towel!

Highly recommend ! This shop is “medium” size with plenty to do. Very clean and staff is very friendly!

I liked the ship. It was well decorated and fun.

We planned our own excursion in Cozumel. Cruise food was good, but felt like Windjammer didnt have as many choices as past cruises. Would have liked some sushi on the buffet. Ship itself was nice for one of their smaller ships. Room we had was great. Was able to have my wife and four kids in one room.

Our overall experience was excellent. Beautiful ship. Service was impeccable. But as I indicated before, the music in the Centrum and Theatre is WAY too loud! I had to use earplugs!!! You can have the same amount of enjoyment when the music is not so loud!

We LOVE LOVE LOVE the Brillance of the Seas and this was our 4th or 5th sailing on the ship. The ship is clean, beautifully appointed, lots of great lounges and areas sit and enjoy. The centrum on the ship seems to always have something going on and a great place to hang out. Our sailing was full but there was never a crowd (except by the pool) in any of the public lounges. My only complaint about the ship is the casino - half is smoking and half is non-smoking, but since you can't control where the smoke goes, it's essentially all smoking and you have to walk through it to get to the pub and theater unless you go up/down a deck to get to the front of the ship. Overall we love this ship and have booked another cruise for next year on the same ship and in the same cabin. If you are looking for a great ship, crew and food, you won't be disappointed on Brilliance of the Seas!

Overall a good cruise. The cabin needs more outlets and the sheets are rough. Your comedians were excellent. You need to get rid of James Brown. It’s obvious that he doesn’t like what he’s doing.

Overall this was one of our better experiences on RCCL. I am a huge Celebrity fan so I expect RCCL to hold up to their other line and they did a good job this time around.

Overall I highly recommend the Christmas cruise on the Brilliance. It was fun and a good price. The disembarkment of the ship was our only issue. It was very disorganized trying to get off the boat.

The staff is very friendly and attentive. The food is the best

Not a customer focused cruise. Arrives too late in Key West. Card room is too small and closes too early. Wait staff in Main Dining room were excellent and the food was good not great.

The cruise was not bad for a short cruise, but need for destination stops. One location is not good for me. I don't like being on a ship for days because the ship starts to close in. I think Royal Caribbean Cruise line is the best, but this cruise was not for me.

Overall this was an enjoyable experience and we do not regret the trip. Our only wish overall was that more of the experience was included in the original booking price.

I really enjoyed the cruise overall. I wish they still had the self service soda machines and a magnifying mirror in the bathroom would be great. Ship was clean, service was good, ports were great. Enjoyed smooth sailing and weather.

The Brilliance is a great little ship with a lot of fun things to do. This itinerary was good. I would think twice about getting off of the ship if you have to tender into Cozumel.

My kids really enjoy the children's facilities and activities on the cruise, and we are very satisfied with the dining environment and the quality of the food. We are also satisfied with the cruise itinerary and comfort.

Suggest to use points for a flight somewhere that doesn't isolate you to miserable situation and loss of money.
