Review summary

We love to cruise but will never go on RC again. Very rude. When we complained, we were offered a free beach towel!

Our reservations were cancelled and could not get a new one. Customer service nor the dinning room would help with this.

OK - we enjoyed Mat and Amber's seminar and shopping with them. Pool area was always crowded and could never get a chair.

The singers/dancers were awful. However the band and guest entertainer were great.

Our third bed was not ready when we arrived and was told it wouldn't be until after the sea test. We had been traveling since 2am and wanted to sleep but could not do so. Also, requested additional towels but didn't get them until 8:30 at night - even though there was a cart with towels right outside our room. Our attendant refused to give them to us.

Thought we had a pull out sofa when in fact it was a bed that pulled down from the ceiling. It was very hot and on the last morning, we found a towel in the AC vent that had been stuffed in there by someone before our arrival. The cabin was always hot.

Ship tip

Book on a different ship. The staff were so rude - had another guest in tears on the first day!

Never had a problem with Royal Caribbean. It’s all how you treat the staff. They have always been very courteous to me.

I suspect the towel was from last tenant that was either being cute or was cold. ( I suspect cute) Why did not you have them check AC if you were hot? Also on towels why did you not just grab some? On dining reservations I think there is more you are not saying because on one cruise they messed up ours second day and bent over backwards accomadating us in dining room the rest of the cruise.
