We enjoyed the relaxing pace and beautiful weather and scenery. The food was delicious! Entertainment was all very good! We enjoyed all the shows!

The cruise was exceptional with highlights being our wait staff and stateroom attendant, the singers and dancers, the performers in the Schooner Lounge, the cruise director and assistant cruise director, and of course, experiencing Alaska.

Good cruise, food, service and weather. Entertainment was not up to my expectations.

Be careful buying jewelry. White quartz with gold vein is very pretty but may actually be 'synthetic' quartz with gold vein injected.

Extremely disappointing, people said not to just Royal Caribbean on this one cruise but it was kind of hard not to. We will definitely go back to Princess cruises.

The cruise was okay. The ship didn't have a lot of activities that I was interested in. The food was okay, but there were a lot of additional charges for food, activities, and services. The ship looked dated.

Ship overall was clean; crew was remarkable, attentive & professional. Cartegena, Columbia - our excursion- tour guide was more interested in taking us to his friends who had shops. The locals pushing their wares were incredibly relentless & in your face. Our stop in Costa Rica was also disappointing. Our port was Puntarenas which appeared to be very depressed. We thought our bus tour would be stopping at cashew and mango plantations but the guide just pointed to them out the window. He also mentioned we were on the desert side. The lush tropical area was on the southwest side of Costa Rica.

On a 14 day cruise like this, there are lots of days at sea. That being said, the crew can make or break your cruise. This crew was absolutely top notch from the captain to the folks cleaning the restrooms. We had never seen such a well performing team before this!

Saw parts of the world, animals, and nature that I have never seen before. The Panama Canal was a bucket list item fulfilled! Great relaxing time onboard the ship... my first 2 week cruise!

This was one of our favorite cruises. We met a lot of new friends. I liked the smaller atmosphere on this cruise. The food was great, entertainment great and our excursions were wonderful.

We had a great time on our cruise. The staff was wonderful. We had only 1 problem and that was a leak in the plumbing outside our room causing water to leak into our room. The carpet was saturated. The staff addressed it right away upon our noticing. However, after it was fixed and the carpet dried our room stunk like musty carpet and sewage.

We have sailed Brilliance 3 times over the years and it is sad to see how it has been neglected in some ways. The food was hit and miss in the dining room. Small portions of vegetables and very thin cuts of meat. Dining used to be a very pleasant experience on the Brilliance. Not any more. The specialty restaurants, Chops and Giovanni's were better but even they have lost their edge as far as top quality.

This was my first 5 day cruise and definitely no regrets. I had a great time, the staff was extremely helpful in all areas, a variety of activities that did not overlap each other and they catered to everyone’s dietary needs.

It was good first cruise. It could have been best if maintanence and dining staff would be more courteous. Maintenance never showed up for the request on the embarkation day itself. Room’s safe was not working. Dining staff could not provide anything vegetarian and also misguided us.

I went for relaxation and I did get the most out of the cruise. I used the Complimentary Sauna and Steamroom daily. Swam early to do laps. Small locker rooms. The food in the Windjammer Buffet was very good. The dining room food was not the best. Activities were pretty good. Eduardo from guest services was excellent in giving customer service.
