Review summary

We had a great time on our cruise. The staff was wonderful. We had only 1 problem and that was a leak in the plumbing outside our room causing water to leak into our room. The carpet was saturated. The staff addressed it right away upon our noticing. However, after it was fixed and the carpet dried our room stunk like musty carpet and sewage.

Our room was fine, cleaned well although we had a leak in our room day 4-5. This caused the carpet to be saturated in areas and when it dried it smelled like musty carpet!

It’s an old ship but has excellent service.

We did the rum distillery tour. Would not recommend that excursion. But we took a taxi to Seven Mile beach & would recommend that!

Sorry to hear about your troubles with the leak in your cabin. Glad that you enjoyed the trip otherwise and that Brilliance is still doing well. Hold a special place in my heart for that ship as it was my first cruise, 21 years ago! Loved it!
