Library is ridiculously small... Internet is very costly. $25 a day.... or package for 8 days was $100 with sometimes patchy connection. Less people, more staff and more seating in the Windjammer and in the Schooner Bar.

Arrive early to any of the shows you really want a good seat. They fill up really fast and people don't leave so it can be very difficult to get any seat and some. Try the Chops Grille if you are interested in a great meal.....

Get all your reservations ahead of time. Consider Classic dining because the wait for dynamic was a lot longer.

Make your reservation for dinner and activities in advance. Spectra cabaret was a junk, the dancers and musicians were good, but Spectra himself, needs to go...

Making reservations on line, made boarding quick and easy. Upon arrival, the bags were tagged and taken. Entering the terminal we found a lovely young lady who, on her ipad, registered our arrival and we boarded. It was quick and easy. Thank you

Make sure you make reservation to the shows and dinner. With the size of the ship the events and dinner slots get filled quickly.

if you do not book shows in advance, you can come before show & there are usually plenty of empty seats available. I you prefer late dinner at 8:30-9 PM, there is always tables available & it takes less time than earlier time dinner.

If you have signed up for excursions, you sould definitely book in advance. We reserved seats for the headline show on the ship,, but all the other entertainment, which was very good, didn't need reservations.

Get rid of dynamic dining. Too many fish selections. Get rid of the pay selections for room service. If reservations are required for North Star then give those people preference over people just showing up.

This ship is huge so be mindful of cabin location especially when it comes to distance to elevators.

"Wonderland" is great and "Silk" has a lot to improve (if one desires true Asian food). Expect long wait for everything (sitting down food service could be very slow at times). The free ice cream on deck 14 is the same as Country Buffet.
