Review summary

New big ship with 4500 people on board, never felt like there were that many until you went to the buffets and tried to find seating, but you always make due with what you have!  Entertainment was great, but was with my sister-in-law and her husband, and they didn't know We Will Rock You songs and they didn't get some of the other shows, like the Gift, but I enjoyed them all.  Beatles tribute outstanding along with Mo5aic and the comedians. Classic dining venues were pretty good, wait staff was excellent, wish the menus changed a little more.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

Dynamic classic was good because we had excellent wait staff in Shereen Davidson and Rayana Rainieri, great suggestions from them, but of the 4 different restaurants, things were a little monotonous, would have loved more different choices.

plenty of storage, clean and stateroom attendant was excellent! Alfredo Bisquera made sure we had all our needs taken care of, and he always had some towel art in our room when we returned for the evening!

Ship tip

If you get on board early enough day of embarkation, please do explore the ship as much as you can before you get into your room and develop a routine, so much of the ship to see and some things we didn't see until the cruise was almost over!

We must have been on the same cruise (3 Jan). Anthem is a great ship with lots to do. Entertainment was excellent. I think the fact that we had so many senior citizen on the ship was a blessing and a curse. There were never any queues for the flow rider, I-fly etc but it was a pain having to dodge all of the mobility scooters! Food was excellent in Wonderland. Of the free restaurants I think Ameri
