Excellent service by dining crew-Putu and Snil! Amazing trip.

Shame on RC they did not care about me as a solo traveler i guess I didn't spend a lot of money

the disappointment came when we were being charged for daily tips. our cruise fare included per-paid tips which we needed up having to go to guest services to clear up. to this day, i am not sure our tips were paid. I tried to contact my booking travel agent and never received a phone call in return.

I’ve been to a dozen cruises over this past decade and enjoyed them all. This is the first ship I would like to revisit!

Beautiful, huge, and luxurious ship. Plenty to do, see, and explore, with amazing food, wonderful staff, and great sights to see, even while simply cruising! One final tip: Don't forget to check out the "posting" board by Guest Services in case there are any gatherings or meetings for like-minded people, or post one yourself! :) It's a great way to meet other folks on the ship and maybe make some new friends! :)

Amazing experience and unforgettable memory buildup moments continuously. They are there to help you anytime. The teamwork efforts they produce in harmony are just speechless. Wonderful people they are !!! Will surely join them again. Thank you, United cruise !! Thank you, Royal Caribbean !!!

Enjoyed the cruise but did not expect so many kids

If you don't care about cleanliness, respect, health or false advertising than Royal Caribbean is for you!

Royal is cheaping out...no nuts at the schooner, no chocolate on pillow. Diamond club member & got 2 bottles of water & juice, & 4 cookies that you get at the bistro...very sad for diamond members. Did get 3 drinks at night.

I really feel they shove shopping down your throat. The esplanade was ambushed daily with so called deals and steals. And in the presentations about the islands, they never talk about local goods and supporting the business. Diamonds and tanzanite were the top two on their list followed by sheets.

The amount of Children on this ship was unreal. I would suggest that people check with the cruiseline before going. You could not get guest services to answer the phone ,seems based on the number of people on this ship, and there were lines for everything under the sun. Too many people. The buffet was Dirty. The utensils were all greasy. I am sure this contributed to my stomach ailment mid cruise.

We love Royal Caribbean, they provide excellent service, food and entertainment (the best). However, due to the excessive number of children and teenagers, it was not a relaxing and unpleasant. There was not adult area. Children and teenager everywhere. Teenagers created chaos during adult show. This promotion offered by Royal (children for free) was not a smart decision. Despite of the excellent service, food and entertainment, I am disappointed but we were not able to relax in the pool area, tension at the theater.

The ship was beautiful. The staff was courteous and friendly. Nice itinerary

This was our first Royal Cartibesn cruise. The cruise line was better than 2 others we have sailed on, but we have been on other lines that surpassed this cruise in food and ports visited. It is a nice cruise for a winter get away at a very affordable price.

Overall okay but nothing special.. Celebrity and Norwegian do a better job (for different reasons) in my opinion.. RCL has grown too fast and is not able to maintain its quality and service overall.. Its a shame.. We will not consider them again in our future travels as our concerns were never addressed at any time on board.

CRUISE WAS EXCELLENT. THERES A FEW THINGS I WOULD TWEEK ABOUT THE SERVICES ON BOAT. WE SAILED ON THIS BOAT 2 YEARS AGO AND WAS HOPING TO SEE SOME DIFFERENT SHOWS.

The best cruise so far. We all were pleased with the service and friendliness of all of the staff.
