the disappointment came when we were being charged for daily tips. our cruise fare included per-paid tips which we needed up having to go to guest services to clear up. to this day, i am not sure our tips were paid. I tried to contact my booking travel agent and never received a phone call in return.

coming back to the united states is a bit disappointing...every waiter & waitress who works in the united states should spend one contract on-board this ship to learn how to wait on their customers. excellent service, friendly and very competent.

overall, the ship is very clean and a real joy to cruise on. the middle of the ship where all the shopping is, is very congested.
