Food was cold and nasty tasting. I think they didn't care bc they were going on vacation after our voyage.

People were saving pool chairs and for hours the guests never sat in those chairs the sign was plain as day about not saving chairs when I went to someone and complained he said there is just too many people to do anything about it

Bathrooms were filthy, pool deck was very slippery, maintenance wasn't as strong as in the past

I requested a refrigerator a year ago bc of medical needs and there was not a refrigerator when they gave me one it was broke and ruined my medicine and didn't seem to care so the floor attendant bought me another one and that one didn't work after 7 hours they finally got it right but my medicine was ruined and they said it wasn't there fault. So does RC want to pay my medical bills?

Hello Cynthiakling. Sorry to hear you had a bad experience on RC. This is my first on MSC and hoping for the best.. I'm gonna have some fun and hide some cruising ducks on board. May run into you and say hi..hope this cruise is better for you ..
