Not many areas to go that are quite. Some ships have a bar area that is not so loud and can have a conversation with others. The various bar areas all at times appeared to have venues occurring.

Bring a pen! Bring a water bottle and fill it at the coke dispenser machines so you have water at night.

To make a list of everything you need for all those days and make sure to pack everything because it's very hard to find your everyday products onboard or on an island.

Don't miss the Quest and love and marriage game shows. St. Johns has an awesome buggy adventure shore excision. St. Kitts is horrible. The beach at St Maartin is beautiful but to many people wanting to massage your feet. St Lucia is a beautiful Island to tour. Because the bathroom is so small stop at Walmart and pickup a shoe organizer ($7) to hang on the door to put all of your toiletries in. I also take a magnet to stick all the tickets on the wall so they don't get lost in all the stuff on the desk. Split your packing put half of your stuff and half of your spouses stuff in each suitcase so if one gets lost you have something to wear. Only two outlets in each cabin and surge strips will be confiscated so I take a laptop plug it in and then plug the phones into the laptop. If you plan on using them to listen to music. There is a refrigerator in the cabin if you want to bring the two bottles of wine on board they allow. There is also a small hair dryer so it takes a while to dry your hair.

Distribution of liquor purchased off ship nees better organization. There was a big line to pick up packages on the morning of debarkation. I put mine in a carry on and then forgot to transfer to checked baggage at the airport, thus the TSA got the benefits of my purchase. Not happy about that. Don't make the same mistake!

Leave your extension cords and surge strips at home. Mine was confiscated in San Juan. Some BS story about a voltage incompatibility. When I got off the ship and went to the room where one picks up prohibited items, there was a table full of surge protectors. Royal needs to do a better job about keeping guests informed about what's prohibited. The prohibited items list does include "extension cords". Would it take much effort to add Surge Strips?

Carry your keycard with you at all times I missed out on water surfing because I didn’t have my card and thought I could do it the next day and the next day it rained so I missed out.
