Good Intinerary - Royal Caribbean experience was up and down, more down then up compared to our cruise lines. However, it was a good vacation.

Review summary

We choose this cruise because of the intinery. That part was the best. The food was excellent. The waiters and room stewards were fantastic. The rest.....needs some work. I couldn't print my boarding passes the night before without buying an internet package. Because I didn't have a package, couldn't use my phone to get my boarding passes. It would be nice after spending all this money on this cruise, if they could solve this issue as a service to their customers

When you buy the most expensive drink package, there should not be any additional charges. I had to have 120z water bottles instead of the large 32oz because I was on a package deal. Couldn't get the bottle of my choice in my room prior to sailing from the gift selections. You could only choose certain wines under the package or you had to pay more. Your missing the all inclusive mark

Have you people lost your mind. The entire world has gone smoke free. Including most cruise ships. Could not even go in there just too much smoke. You lost an opportunity to take another $500 off me. Literally was in there for 30 seconds played one machine and never went back. You think people that can't smoke wont gamble?

In designing a ship, please keep in mind just because you choose not to be with kids, doesn't mean you do not wish to be outside. Should trade wave area for adult pool

The variety show was awful. The kids can dance but they can't sing. How about a murder mystery show or a small play. It doesn't always have to be a group of singer and dancers

Ship design in some areas need a better plan (two exits for Windjammer) - getting to the theatre or ice rink was an issue. The ship was clean however

It was an adjoining room so we had a chair when a couch would have been nice. Although we did not need it on this trip as we were traveling as a couple, in the past we have traveled with many couples and we liked to open the bulkhead between balcony decks to move more freely. This ship did not have this as an option

We were not in a hurry, however if we were, this was a mess. Getting our luggage and standing in an enclosed building was not a fun time. Outside the taxi service was not organized

We agree 100% about the smoking in the casino. It permeates the entire area and makes us "non-smokers" feel very sick so we don't go in; but we would like to. So yeah, you'd think they would've made all indoor entertainment spaces smoke-free by now. Health must be a priority! Smokers will continue to adapt or hopefully kick the habit.

This is very confusing! Were you on a different ship? Everything went smoothly for us. Guest services were awesome. There's plenty for kids to do and we observed many children having a blast
