Review summary

Was very disappointed with the ship and dining. I had a much better experience last year on the same ship.

Embarkation

Arrived by taxi. My husband was in a wheelchair. Was told I needed to transport my own luggage to the far end of the terminal to check it in. Asked for assistance to get my husband on the ship. Nobody was around. We were some of the first to arrive and no other wheelchairs were waiting. It took 1 1/2 hours to finally find someone who pushed him onto the ship and then told me he was busy and it was my problem to take him to Deck 11. About 1/2 hour later I saw the same employee pushing another wheelchair onto Deck 11.
