good Mexico cruise by aamytrann

Sail date: / Traveled as: Large Group
Ship: Carnival Miracle / Destination: Mexico

Overall this cruise was ok I would not go on this cruise this long maybe a 3 or 4 days cruise because of the variety of food is limited so we got sick of the same food over and over and over again for breakfast. Ship was ok older than I thought

Honeymoon cruise by dmcrawford18

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Carnival Miracle / Destination: Mexico

All in all, we had a great time! This is a great way to see Mexico without having to do any planning. There is plenty to do, both on and off the ship.

Great Mexican Riveria Cruise! by dsc814

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Carnival Miracle / Destination: Mexico

I would go again on this cruise. The one thing I really hated on this cruise was that this guy that kept telling up about a value book. So we went to listen to his spiel and that's when we found out that this book he was pushing for discounts at both ports had a charge of $25.00. He made it sound several times before his sales show that the book was going to be free if you attended his spiel. Talk about a bait and switch!

Fun Carnival Mexican Riviera Halloween Cruise. Efficiently-run ship, great food, awesome Halloween decorations! by Phyldewina

Sail date: / Traveled as: Singles/Friends
Ship: Carnival Miracle / Destination: Mexico

Sailed south off the coast of Baja for 2 nights and a day. Seaday was cold. Cabo had nice weather. Saw some interesting fish on my snorkeling excursion to Pelican Rock. Next day we were at Puerto Vallarta. Took the 7-hour pirate cruise to snorkeling and a beach. Next sea day was warm. Went swimming in the adult pool. The adult area on the ship is very nice! Plenty of room for everyone. Enjoyed the Halloween decorations on the ship. Enjoyed the choices of food at the buffet. Also enjoyed the desserts. I had the seating for dinner where i could go from 5:45 to 9. That worked very well for me. The band--Liverpool Rock-- at the Red Frog Pub was so fun to listen to.

We had fun. Our waiters were awesome in the Spirit dining room, Seno and Leonard both did a great job. Our cabin Steward was also very nice and accommodating throughout the cruise.

Relaxing and fun time aboard by halfalemon

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Ruby Princess / Destination: Mexico

The entertainment exceeded my expectations. The cabin was comfortable and clean but the bunk beds got in the way. The toilet had a disagreeable smell when the seat cover was raised. The meals were satisfactory and the International Cafe plus the availability of hot dogs and hamburgers was great.

mexican riviera by jim5591

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Ruby Princess / Destination: Mexico

we had a really bad experience in the fitness center on Friday. many complaints from other passengers about the music coming from our spin class. the whole scene became very uncomfortable as our instructor was getting into it with an employee from the spa. and passengers were attacking my wife and I like we had control over the music. we requested a refund and were denied. for a lousy $12 class. we will most likely not cruise princess again.

I’ll never go back to this cruise line. The crowd is hilarious. You can smell cigarettes everywhere. Overall, It’s not my idea of a relaxing vacation.

Happy time! by verovalle

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)
Ship: Carnival Imagination / Destination: Mexico

During our trip we felt safe, the boat is beautiful, all the activities are well organized and we had a lot of fun. All the crew was very attentive to our needs, and something that impressed me is that they asked each one of us our names and when they addressed us they called us by our name ... how could they remember it? I do not know but they made us feel at home!

Party Cruise by alileon

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Carnival Imagination / Destination: Mexico

We took this cruise to 'train' since we have a longer cruise planned. If you want to party, this is your cruise! Nice staff, could improve the food quality for the buffets, and the overall selections.

Lots of fun with great friends! by Shon2576

We came down as a group to celebrate a retirement. I have been on the four day version many times. This one did not disappoint as we knew what to expect. I really wish you would improve the food though.

Disappointing Cruise by mxmckinstry

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Carnival Imagination / Destination: Mexico

I was really disappointed to find out that there were no beaches at either of the islands. I guess I should have asked more questions. The ports were not great and we spent less than an hour at each port. When we got back on the ship there were no activities to hold our interest until later in the evening.

overall it was a great cruise. I would not do the scavenger hunt again, but everything else was great. This was my companion's first cruise and he was very surprised over how "first class" everything was

Catalina & Mexico Cruise by isfp88

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple

The cruise was fantastic, the food was amazing and there was a lot of variety for the shore excursions. Only down side is that we should've booked a longer cruise.

Not my favorite cruise by ladygudiva

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Ruby Princess / Destination: Mexico

Honestly, I would not recommend Princess to friends / family. My husband and I would not book another Princess cruise again. Here are my reasons 1. We are in our 30's-40's, this cruise or cruise line seems to be geared to an older crowd (60+) There were no fun, younger persons activities on board. Which leads me to number 2. 2. Two days at sea were simply boring as hell. Other than drinking and going to the pool, there was very little for us to do. 3. We really did not get to experience Cabo at all. Princess needs to change their itinerary because such a short time is Cabo was really disappointing. It was the nicest place of all ports visited. and we got to spend no time there. 4. The food in the main dining room was mediocre at best. The specialty dining restaurants we re far better! 5.
