Overall: Clean and well maintained

Though like I said, it was a little over crowded, the food was eh, and majority of staff were not super helpful it was a still a great time. We figured out what we needed to and found nice spots to get more quiet time on the boat. The ports were wonderful and the itinerary was great. Always lots of things to do. We are first time cruisers so we don't have much to compare it to though.

Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I would only suggest that because of the shere number of people on board--nearly 4,000--there were times when it was impossible to find a deck chair in the sun. The numbers also made the excursion process cumbersome. Also, regarding the excursions, the excursion coordinator (he provided an overview of all excursions early in the week) was seemingly uninformed and inarticulate. Although he may have know a great deal about the excursions he was unable to talk about them in a professional manner--poor public speaking skills and depth of understanding. The dining experiences were fantastic, the entertainment great, and the quality of service superb.

Norwegian Epic is a beautiful ship --- wonderful decor, incredibly friendly crew and staff, very pleasant cabin decor, CLEAN! Just loved it!

This was my 5th cruise and my 1st with MSC Cruises. Embarkation at Barcelona was fast and easy. The ship was beautiful and always spotless. The dining areas and lounges were great. Everything was just wonderful!!!

The ship was clean and things to do for adults. It is not geared to families with teens. I'm not sure if it is even geared toward small children because we saw many parents with their children at all points. Carnival has RC beet when it comes to fun & kids. Also the staff didn't seem very happy & it showed in their level of service. I spoke to several staff members & they said the European guests were especially rude to them (adults & children) I would say take this cruise if you like walking & historical sites, but not if you are looking for partying & action things to do in ports.

There was a great lack of information about the port cities and available transportation. Some of the crew in the dining areas were not very friendly or helpful. Our wait staff in the dining room and the food there was excellent, but in the Windjammer Cafe some staff were actually rude. The daily bulleting was almost worthless because of the lack of info on the ports. There was no large map showing the ships course - at least we did not find one. The info regarding disembarkation was poor unless you were take a RC shuttle or tour.

Drink service was lacking. Takes forever to get a drink at a restaurant. One other issue is the internet access. We had iPads along and wanted to use them to connect. After using up the majority of our minutes trying to get them to work, we were told the iPads don't work. There is no notices or warnings about that so beware. We wasted about $55 to find out we can't use iPads. Otherwise a great ship with lot of things to do

Grandeur of the see old ship.

My grandaughter and I really enjoyed our cruise on MSC Lirica. The room was comfortable--adequate storage space for clothes, comfortable bed, nice bathroom (but with shower curtains that were a bother). The friendly staff kept the room clean and changed the towels frequently. The food was excellent and plentiful, and the wait staff attentive. The entertainment in the Broadway Theatre was professionally done and very enjoyable. The choice of excursions was good, and although expensive, the excursions were well-conducted, with competent guides.

Absoulute the best 7 day cruise we have taken in many years cruising. NCL has mastered the industry with their superb broadway style entertainment for all the family to enjoy. The crew was great and definitely customer oriented from most cruise lines.

The ship was in good condition, it was the rude staff that put a dapper on it.

The ship was clean and staff was very helpful. Food left much to be desired. It was much more about quantity than quality.

I highly recommend this cruise of Europe but don't go to Tunisa.

Clean and large! There was never a dull moment because there is always something happening. From the sports activities like the flow rider and the rock-climbing wall, to the evening dancing, broadway shows, and multiple course meals, there was not enough time to explore everything!

This was I and my husbands second cruise with Holland America and we continue to be impressed. Our ship was the ms Eurodam, it was impeccable and our food was excellent. Between the shore excursions and on ship options throughout the day we were busy all the time and appreciated our last day at sea to simply relax. We've already signed up for our next cruising experience!

The ship was incredible and there was so much to do.

I was very impressed with almost everything about this cruise...the itinery, the food, and especially the service. Originally, I was assigned the second seating for dinner. The restaurant not only re-arranged the seating promptly, but also arranged us to sit with other folks with similar interest. Another plus is that I can disembark in a different port and not at the original port where I embarked, thus saving me valuable vacation to explore other parts of Italy. It was an excellent cruise experience.
