Review summary

Drink service was lacking. Takes forever to get a drink at a restaurant. One other issue is the internet access. We had iPads along and wanted to use them to connect. After using up the majority of our minutes trying to get them to work, we were told the iPads don't work. There is no notices or warnings about that so beware. We wasted about $55 to find out we can't use iPads. Otherwise a great ship with lot of things to do

Ports of call

Civitavecchia (Rome), Italy

5 out of 5
Rome is crazy for make sure to do a tour. The guided tours are the best way to see the city especially the Vatican. Prepare to stand in line and wear comfortable shoes.

Palma De Mallorca, Balearic Islands

This port surprised us. We were not expecting such a large city or one with so much charm. This turned out to be our second favorite port of call. Beautifull city with lots to do and see and not nearly as crowded as many other cities

Naples, Italy

5 out of 5
We took the boat to the island of Capri. This was our favorite destination on the entire cruise. The island is incredible. Absolutely beautiful
Don't Miss: Take the chairlift up to the top of the mountain. It was 10 euros well spent

Livorno (Florence & Pisa), Italy

5 out of 5
We did Florence on our own was was glad we did. The shuttle service was great and the guides told us all of the places we should see. Make sure to do your shopping as you are coming back through the city back to the bus. Time can get away from you in the city as it is.

Pros: The ship is great and the food is great. Lots of different options and choices as far a venes to eat. Pool area is teriffic

Cons: Beverage service is lacking. It takes forever to get a drink or glass of wine at dinner. We learned early on not to order your food until after your drink arrives otherwise you won't get it until desert
