Review summary

Though like I said, it was a little over crowded, the food was eh, and majority of staff were not super helpful it was a still a great time. We figured out what we needed to and found nice spots to get more quiet time on the boat. The ports were wonderful and the itinerary was great. Always lots of things to do. We are first time cruisers so we don't have much to compare it to though.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Buffets were not very good but very convenient. Premium restaurants we tried were great. And they had two dining rooms that were also free of charge that were very good.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
Instruction was not really there but if you asked around enough or figured it out on your own there was a lot of fun stuff going on.

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
Our steward was helpful but when he wasn't around we had a hard time getting answers to any questions. Of course the majority of staff were not native english speakers but the problem was mostly that they just didn't know the answers.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Still too many people and not enough public space on pool deck.

Cabin / Stateroom

Ports of call

Civitavecchia (Rome), Italy

5 out of 5
Try to avoid late May thru end of June. Way too crowded!
Don't Miss: Trevi Fountain, Colloseum, Pantheon, St. Peters Square...

Naples, Italy

5 out of 5
Go to Capri! It is amazing! We took a private (6 person) boat tour around the whole island to see the dramatic coast lines and grottos. Breathtaking. The town there is adorable and not as touristy as others. Great lemon candies, wines, limoncello, and pizza!
Don't Miss: The island of Capri

Livorno (Florence & Pisa), Italy

5 out of 5
Don't Miss: Piazza Michelangelo, Ponte Vecchio, Signoria Square, and there is a little Enoteca at the foot of Piazza Michelangelo that we loved called Bevo Vino.

Palma De Mallorca, Balearic Islands

5 out of 5
Don't Miss: La Granja de Esporles

Pros: Itinerary, convenience, freestyle cruising, variety, ports, met nice people.

Cons: Staff knowledge was low, Lot of things weren't explained clearly, Little overpopulated on the boat, buffet food was sub-par.
