Review summary
There was a great lack of information about the port cities and available transportation. Some of the crew in the dining areas were not very friendly or helpful. Our wait staff in the dining room and the food there was excellent, but in the Windjammer Cafe some staff were actually rude. The daily bulleting was almost worthless because of the lack of info on the ports. There was no large map showing the ships course - at least we did not find one. The info regarding disembarkation was poor unless you were take a RC shuttle or tour.Ship experiences
