Very nice and friendly. Our room steward was fantastic, but at the end when we wanted to give him an extra tip, he had been reassigned to a different floor. Also, our waiter was wonderful

We only toured Naples as we have visited Sorrento and Pompeii before. A mistake.

Pros: Staff very friendly

Cons: decor was outrageous! lots of dust catching things haning in the atrium. Way overdone! Food was just so-so. Swimming pools were way undersized for the siz of the shio. No self-service laundry facilities. Nite entertainment was very weak.

Recommends Costa Serena? No.
