Wonderful trip around the Mediterranean by mybagsarepacked

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Sirena

All-in-all, we enjoyed the cruise very much. We are considering going back to Crystal though, because Oceania is quite expensive, and though we don't mind paying it, we would expect flawless service and we did not receive it this cruise. I saw it everywhere so it wasn't just aimed at me. The other thing that is a huge fail in our opinion, is that the excursions nearly ALWAYS return to the ship after 2:00pm and with only one exception, in ten days every time we returned to the ship in the afternoon, there was no where to eat. I heard it from lots of people, and of course it was our experience as well. It was super frustrating to go out on a very physically demanding excursion (all of ours were) and return exhausted and ravenous and literally only have one option: room service. We never called room service on the afternoons because we knew the rest of the ship was too. There was WAVES, the poolside restaurant, but there is very limited seating, it is outdoors and hot, and a limited menu that many people (including me) were too keen on as there were really no healthy options. So that was super frustrating, so much so that it will impair our excitement for the next two cruises we have booked with oceania to book any optionals. We may have to make other arrangements because Oceania just can't seem to line up returns of the day tours with having viable options for dining. If the buffet would even stay open til 3 instead of closing at 2 it would have been a HUGE help.

Forget Tunisia. Wasn't in the original cruise we paid for then Regent did a bait and switch by Scheidemann

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Seven Seas Voyager

Substituting Tunisia for an Italy stop, after we paid for the cruise was NOT ACCEPTABLE. Also, despite everything I wrote, an overall rating of 4.0 was calculated automatically by this review site. It was a 3.8 max. Why even do a review if a calculation is made "automatically!

Nice trip, ship, two tours were cut short and bus took 3 hours travel with only one hour left to tour! by dna4bb89956613

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Enchantment of the Seas

Disappointed in lack of time on excursions considering one took 3-4 hours bus ride R/T..with one hour to explore Tairomina...no headsets prvided on any land tour as advertised.

Amazing Greek Isles Cruise by Cruiser19458790

Sail date: / Traveled as: Large Group
Ship: Odyssey of the Seas

Kim Henderson is amazing! Based on her personal experience and knowledge, she was able to help us plan a truly special European extended family trip that we will never forget. From initial planning, to arranging hotels, car service, private tours and cruise details, Kim far exceeded our expectations to make sure we had a dream vacation. I have already recommended Kim to several friends, and our family members commented that we should never plan another trip without her!

We loved the ports that we visited. We would not recommend Princess based on our experience with Guest Services, Room Service and the quality of food.

Fabulous Mediterranean cruise on Viking!!! by carinimhof1

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Viking Sky

It was a busy new-port-every-day cruise (with only one sea day). I saw many famous cities and sights, but chose not to go to Rome because it was a two-hour ride each way. The ship was great and the food fabulous, no surprise on Viking. The staff couldn’t have been better or more willing to do everything in their power to make your cruise the best possible experience for you.

Fabulous Cruise by MarinMo

Sail date: / Traveled as: Singles/Friends
Ship: Wind Surf

I love the smaller sailing ship experience. The ship was not too big, and it was easy to get to know the other travelers. The dining experiences were very good. We had a blast at the outdoor barbeque in Kotor. The ship was still in dock, and the people in the port were envious of all the fun we were having dancing on the boat!

Loud, obnoxious, little sleep by IndyGinger

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)
Ship: Norwegian Breakaway

This was a big booze and druggie cruise. Some guy dropped something in my daughter’s drink and Norwegian had us pay for the drug test! Ridiculous.

Best of Italy and Greece in one fast paced cruise by GeoGigi

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Norwegian Breakaway

Overall it was a great cruise. The Breakaway and its staff, food, and entertainment are all excellent. The only negatives I can say were the high cost of excursions and the overcrowding of the stops in Santorini and Mykonos which detracted from the beauty of the islands.

What a wonderful Cruise! by CaseyBarka

This was the first cruise I'd been on in over 15 years, and Celebrity Beyond did not disappoint. The ship is decked out with all the newest conveniences and the experience was one for the books.

Great itinerary, inconsistent service by Nikhurless

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Enchanted Princess

Overall a good experience because we were visiting such amazing places. The ship itself was okay but we don't really like the onboard events or shopping. It was our first cruise and we generally enjoyed ourselves, but there were multiple inconveniences that were frustrating.

Awesome itinerary, but not a perfect experience by alanrelyea

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Oosterdam

The cruise was great. There were some disappointments on the ship, particularly with the food quality in the MDR and specialty restaurants. Cost cutting is highly apparent. Some of the fine experiences of the past are simply gone (like the Lincoln Center music venue). Entertainment is lacking. The excursions are terribly expensive and, in some instances, were very disappointing. If I were to do this again, many of the ports would just be "walk off" for excursion.

All the best ports in a week around "The Boot" by CiscoKidd

Sail date: / Traveled as: Singles/Friends
Ship: Enchantment of the Seas

I did enjoy the ship, the crew, and the ports of call. Royal Caribbean is not a luxury cruise line, so don't expect too much if you have been with other cruise lines. I would not go on another Royal Caribbean cruise, except the ports of call I found on my cruise. There are too many little cost cutting issues.... only one service a day of our state room. Lower quality preparation of food in the main dining room.

Wonderful honeymoon cruise by katdeeshaw

Great honeymoon cruise. Clean fun but ate way too much haha. I would recommend private tours of each city. We had a great experience using our guides from Viator.
