Substituting Tunisia for an Italy stop, after we paid for the cruise was NOT ACCEPTABLE. Also, despite everything I wrote, an overall rating of 4.0 was calculated automatically by this review site. It was a 3.8 max. Why even do a review if a calculation is made "automatically!

All great except at reception desk in late afternoon and evening. Rude and flippant re:money exchange questions.

Clean and comfy. But good luck with the Wi-Fi. It was practically non existent!

Bring your own euros. The people staffing the reception desk were not helpful and even rude. They worked the PM shift

This place isn't ready for tourists. This stop was substituted for an Italian port after we paid for the cruise and was a waste of time and a low point of the cruise. Won't use Regent again due to this bait and seitch

I really hate reading reviews where so called experienced cruisers complain about port changes. It just shows how ignorant they can be and how they never bothered to read the cruise contract or passenger agreement. I've learned that people respond to how they are treated, so if they were rude to the reviewer, it was probably for a reason. So sad...

Your cruise contract states that they can change ports at their discretion at any time.
