Not a good experience with continuing maintenance.Embarkation
Staff did not try to explain anything or the steps. Tried to book upgrade. For more than 2 hours, searched all over the boat for Damian, who was no where to be found.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
Decor was nice but food was average. Need more local options and variety each day/night. Had to really work a bad reservation booking system to het into the specialty restaurants. Normally found out they were not sold out but nobody ever called back.
From arrival, ship was out of special beer. Had to ask all servers and bar manager to get a beer listed on the menu.
When buying all inclusive bar package, do NOT charge more for average wine selections...bad!!
Onboard Activities
For a "sailing" ship, the sails only went up one time fully and partially the second evening. The bazaar reception was fun.
Was never able to get to the Bridge with ongoing daily maintenance.
Entertainment
Need upgraded entertainment overall. Bands were good, but Coral Duo play list was the same every night.
Gareth was the Best!
Service and Staff
In course of ten days, the only consistently outstanding service providers were Maria, Eric, and Tiffany.
Ship Quality
Rooms are good size, but definitely need new carpets..
Extremely confusing layout. Much was closed off due to maintenance.
Need an actual live TV news station, only had spot service on 3 days.
Cabin / Stateroom
Good size and plenty of storage.
Ship tip
Know if your cruise will be ongoing maintenance.

No reason to have everyone get up so early. List time to be off the ship and not 6:30am for everyone.
