Absolutely loved this cruise and the entire experience. We will highly recommend this trip for anyone wanting to go to any of these ports, but can't decide which place to stay. This is the best way to see and experience all these incredible places!

We had a wonderful time. The staff was great, as well as the food and service. The ship needs an overhaul and update. The ports were nice and the excursions were worth it.

This was a 25th anniversary cruise and the ports were amazing, ship always arrived on time, all staff onboard were happy and welcoming, eager to make your experience memorable. Main dining food was disappointing compared to what I’m used to onboard other ships. Too many repetitive entrees. However, the overall experience being on the ship was fabulous. Great people met, delicious cocktails and wine and relaxing atmosphere.

The overall cruise was very disappointing as NCL did nothing to control the very intoxicated adults on the cruise (many, many people were drinking hard liquor very early in the morning and were intoxicated by mid-day) or the unruly children. We had kids running up and down our hallways until well past midnight almost every night. They were extremely loud and unruly and no one held their parents responsible.

Great experience. Also too much to take in. Very busy everyday! Walking 10,000 steps per day…and we still didn’t see everything.

We enjoyed it very much. The staff and food on Celebrity are top notch. The concierge was extremely helpful. Sail Concierge class and utilize them.

Amazing cruise!! Shoutout to Augus Adi at Tuscun restaurant .. amazing service! He and Ravi from Eden were the only wait staff to make it a point to call us all by name. This was a treat I remember cruising years ago… this has fallen by the waste side which is okay… but how sweet and made us feel so important!! Best service guys!! All service was great! They put the icing on the cake!! Do want to report the customer service at the front desk. I received a letter that my cc needed to be updated on account… I called to ask if I could do it online or on the app. She said no! That all customers of the ship had to visit front desk to do so…. I said you’re telling me 100% of everyone on the ship has come to the front desk… she said yes. 🤔… I don’t believe it. After hanging up, within 2 min I found how to update my card info on the app. 🙄She didn’t know .. something basic and simple.

I loved each island, so beautiful. I wanted to stay longer at each port. The islands and the water were picturesque and amazing. The Almafi coast was the highlight of our cruise.

LOT OF KIDS RUNNING AROUND THE SHIP. I PERFER SMALLER SHIPS AND CRUISING IN THE FALL.

Ship is big, well maintained, fantastic service, they do a very good job on keeping it clean at all times. what took my attention is the how well the crew work, the are very kind, always with a smile and attempting to help. The are always greeting you whenever you cross them by. impressed with the service.

It was ok, too many ports and some of the workers weren’t so nice. The tendering made everything more stressful and I missed my excursion . I felt that the shows weren’t enough and not enough different food.

The cruise was fine, but the heat when in port was nearly unbearable. If I ever cruise the Mediterranean again, will do so in a cooler season!

Although the food was great, I was shocked that I'd have to pay for lobster tail in the regular dining room--that's a first for me. The Jacuzzi jets were not strong, (unless you paid extra to use the spa Jacuzzi), the entertainment was subpar; the ship was clean and the rooms were lovely. The excursions were expensive and no info available for anyone who wanted to explore on their own, even guest services staff knew very little about the stops and could not answer our questions. It's my second trip with HA and all-in-all, I would not recommend this cruise line!

The food was excellent. The ports were OK, and the entertainment was subpar. The service was excellent from all of the staff. They were very professional, welcoming, acknowledging, and helpful.

The ship was well below par especially since we have sailed on Royal Caribbean and Disney in the past. This did not compare. Never sailing with NCL again. Their BOGO airfare promo is atrocious if you are traveling with multiple staterooms. I would rate the cruise a 3 and only because the ports of call are mostly great.

Best Cruise we've been on and we had a great time. The ship, food, staff and entertainment were fantastic! Captain Kate and her staff deserve praise!

Wonderful time once we got onboard. Only bad thing was the unbearable heat outside. Many things to do onboard if you choose to attend. Great shows at night.

This cruise itinerary was perfect for me, the archaeology aficionada, with highlight stops in Italy, Turkey and Greece. We selected this seven night cruise for the special visits of Rome, Naples (Pompeii), Crete (Knossos), Kusadasi (Ephesus), Istanbul, Mykonos (Delos) and Athens. We added on pre-and post-city hotel stays to make the overall trip double the length, and allow us to fully enjoy the capital cities. We took Princess excursions in most stops, and found them quite well organized, very comprehensive, with highly qualified guides, air-conditioned buses and a good monitoring of time. Yes, the weather was scorching, and the crowds were tremendous, but the Enchanted Princess was an oasis of beauty and tranquility in the ocean. I will add, as almost everything was prepaid on our trip, and we were on excursions every day, we rarely used the medallions, and our cell phones stayed locked up in the safe. All in all this was an extremely enjoyable cruise, with a fantastic itinerary, a lovely vessel, friendly crew and staff, and efficient operations. We had a wonderful time, and although we were often hot and exhausted, we saw so many unique and historic sites that will stay forever in our memories, that we felt the cruise was worth every dollar. We cannot wait to sail again!
