This is a VERY active itinerary with only 2 sea days at the beginning of the cruise. Also, this part of the world does NOT have the kind of ADA accommodations we have in the states so it's a very difficult terrain for those with any type of mobility issues

Pool water was cold. pay for even a bottle of water. the quality of the food was very poor, the entertainment was subpar. Magic act, was horrible, not funny and not entertaining at all. Our room porter was absent all trip, we might see him 2 out 10 days, and only to say good morning. I'm sure he is a very nice person, but he is not in the correct job. you need someone that would go out of the way to make us comfortable, talk to us, make extra effort to make us feel at home. maybe he was new.

Not pleased with the price/value. Your company is not good at returning phone calls. All in all. I'd not do this again.

Overall experienced Excellent. Excursions are expensive. We had a variety of international Foods served. Beautiful decorations and enjoyed on board entertainments. I also love the Casino and won total of $500 in the slots

The cruise was nice but we were extremely disappointed we did not visit the Holy Land in Israel because of the war.

Can't wait to visit again. This was one of the best cruises and destinations.

It was amazing and I would recommend this cruise to anyone! I love to see all Beautiful places we did. The food was amazing, staff was amazing, and so is the entertainment.

I will probably never cruise again, it's just not my thing.

Very disappointing thus cancelled an April, 2024 transatlantic cruise Miami to Barcelona on Oceania Marina. Will likely not patronize Oceania in the future after 6 cruises.

Crystal is getting there, but still has some glitches compared to the last cruises in Jan 2021 (we were on the Symphony on its last sailing). Having first sailed on Crystal in May 1994--and proudly watched as they continued their string of "best ship" wins for many years, Crystal will have to do a lot to ever get back there. It's going to be in the details (such as not keeping the aft decks clean), and returning to better meals, especially dinners. The Crystal of today is not even in the same league as the Crystal of yesteryear. The bright spot is that the staff is still the best!

This was a very nice cruise with excellent entertainment and service. We were told that Celebrity was the elite of the Royal Caribbean family but for the money, we like Royal Caribbean better.

The Shore Excursion desk opened daily at 5pm. If you had to cancel an excursion 48 hrs prior, being at the desk at 5pm was not acceptable, therefore we lost out on an excursion and lost our $320! Not acceptable!! The Excursion staff was not friendly or helpful! Also, we ported in to Athens late and missed out on part of our excursion and no one notified us of the cancellation or delay until we were sitting down in the Manhattan Room and then once on our bus was told the excursion to the Parthenon was cancelled! We would of booked a different excursion. Then again, Norwegian just wanted our money! The Ports were overcrowded, Tour Guides were not very good, Delays getting back on the ship!

Different floors had toilet problems throughout the cruise, we had our toilet run over in middle of night and woke up at 3am to the entire bathroom flooded with water and sewage. They repaired it within 2 hours but there is a problem with lines on that ship for all these problems. Our friends went over 24 hrs with toilet being broken.

Honestly the actions of Norwegian made this the worse vacation of my life.

Overall the best cruise I've ever been on. Loved almost every part of it, will say Viking has very high quality standards. The large pre-dawn stress of trying to locate the mis-placed luggage was unwelcome and in contrast to the rest of the great VIking service it was very striking, but other than that Viking did an excellent job.

Generally satisfactory except for an unpleasant experience with house keeping which my husband will report separately. We didn't pursue the matter while still on the cruise because we didn't want the rest of our trip to be further tainted by the negative experience.

Nice ship, dated on board activities and attractions.
