Generally satisfactory except for an unpleasant experience with house keeping which my husband will report separately. We didn't pursue the matter while still on the cruise because we didn't want the rest of our trip to be further tainted by the negative experience.

Generally positive. Special mention to our waiters at the Cosmopolitan, Jayson and Yemurai , who were really helpful and friendly and both deserve a 10.
Unfortunately, our room steward's attitude and communication with us leave room for Improvement.
My husband also has issues against other housekeeping personnel which he'll raise separately.

We were on the same cruise with you, and we loved it, had no complaints at all. Thought the ship, and the entertainment was excellent.
