nice updated ship. Food was ok. I preferred the larger NCL foods much better. Entertaining is lacking

The ship was a little smaller than the ones I’ve taken in the past, so there weren’t as many activities or amenities. I read the reviews for this particular cruise/ship and it was a mixed bag. Overall I was pleased.

As mentioned on other sites (Cruise Critic, Trip Advisor, etc.), nobody seems to be taking this cruise for a "grand cruise experience"- let's be real- It's the itinerary. In that regard, it measures up. And let's be honest, with these ports of call, especially if you're travelling with friends, even a mediocre cruise experience can still be a good , memorable adventure.

Pick literally any other cruiseline! Awful service and terrible experience!!

I normally don't complain so much believe it or not. This ship and the cruise in general were a disappointment to say the least. Late arrival at Key West. Small ship with minimal amenities. Noises outside our stateroom. Lack of decent air conditioning in the main spaces (the stateroom air conditioner was great). I am happy to say I've now been to Cuba but would not return. I would not sail on the NCL Sun again to any port.

It was okay, but not as good as I have experienced in the past.

Beds are ROCK Hard so I woke up in pain after four hours each day. Plumbing backed into bathroom. Terrible room location at the bottom of the ship. When i complained Royal Carribbean did nothing. Cheap cruises booked me in a terrible room location for a small amount if money. Wont use them again.

For the cost of the vacation. I expected higher quality of the cabin, and better organization. I will think twice about cruises for future vacations.

I can say I did Cuba. Overall the cruise served it's purpose of rest and relaxation. There could be more activities that appeal to all age groups

In overall I'm very happy about my cruise. Price was very good and I revived great service. Ship was clean, food delicious and plenty of things to do on board. However there was few things I didn't like: A lot of activities like "free hairdresser consultation" are just about selling you stuff. It was really annoying. I was very unhappy about my excursion to Xcaret Eco park, in your offer you say it takes about 45 minutes to get there when in fact it was almost 2 hours. I didn't have enough time to enjoy. If I know before that it will take so long to get there I would chose different excursion. Shows could be better. More interaction with guests. Despite of this 3 points above I would take this cruise again.

A nice vacation but far from the best cruise we have been on.

I really do enjoy Cuba. I was already planning another trip before getting off the ship from this one. Going solo was an experience in itself. I love photography, so this was perfect for me.

Be nice to the staff and have fun aboard the cruise ship!

Before you leave your ship be sure you have transport information. You may miss your flight. I was able to visit the Martin Luther King and Malcolm X monument. I do not think they are part of any excursion. I heard about but did not visit a monument to President Lincoln. The US dollar was worth less than the Cuban dollar, yet many merchants asked for the US dollar. I enjoyed my cruise. I would go again on Norwegian. I would have rather arrived at about 10AM and left by 2PM the next day. Not everyone could use the 11PM to 7AM time in Havana. Other sites also offer approved excursion. Be selective if you chose not to us the Norwegian ones.

We enjoyed this cruise a lot and plan to do it again.

As a pretty seasoned Royal Caribbean cruiser, this was not the best ship they had to offer. However, since Cuba's ports cannot accommodate a much larger ship, this was one of the few options. Overall crew interfacing was great. They were friendly, hospitable, and professional. Most seemed to poke fun at the fact they worked on the smallest ship, but made the brightest of the opportunity. Ports of call were terrific and I would recommend visiting Havana to anybody.

This ship is small, quaint and intimate, however, the staff on the ship is exceptionally, pleasant, curteous and they go above and beyond to make sure your cruise experience is a memorable one. This was my first cruise on a Royal Caribbean ship and it will not be my last. The Royal Caribbean personel is an exceptional crew.

We wont ever cruise on this ship again. Might try one of the larger NCL ships one day, but my wife and I both realized how much we love Royal Caribbean!

My cruise was great well worth it ! Everything was fantastic and I would go again.
