As a pretty seasoned Royal Caribbean cruiser, this was not the best ship they had to offer. However, since Cuba's ports cannot accommodate a much larger ship, this was one of the few options. Overall crew interfacing was great. They were friendly, hospitable, and professional. Most seemed to poke fun at the fact they worked on the smallest ship, but made the brightest of the opportunity. Ports of call were terrific and I would recommend visiting Havana to anybody.
Embarkation

Embarkation was awesome because we got to board first as Diamond members
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
Main dining room food was excellent, and the Windjammer had decent offerings.
Onboard Activities
3 out of 5
As Royal Caribbean's smallest ship, it had the least onboard activities (that I enjoy) to offer.
Entertainment
4 out of 5
The performers onboard were great!
Children's Programs
Don't have children
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
our room steward, waiters, and loyalty ambassador were all exceptionally nice and professional.
Ship Quality
3 out of 5
Public areas near deck 5 constantly smelled of carpet mold or something odd. Room cleanliness and dining area cleanliness were all great though.
Cabin / Stateroom
3 out of 5
Cabin was small, but clean. I definitely enjoy the cabins on newer Royal Caribbean ships more, including the fridges.
We did the colonial Trinidad excursion. It is a 75 min drive from Cienfuegos, but is a quaint town with lots of beautiful pastel colors. There isn't too much to see otherwise, but still worth a trip to visit.
Havana is absolutely stunning. We did a private excursion that was a classic car tour of the city and our tour guide showed us all of Havana for 6 hours. Old Havana is a hybrid of European city infrastructure filled with classic 50s American cars.
