I really do enjoy Cuba. I was already planning another trip before getting off the ship from this one. Going solo was an experience in itself. I love photography, so this was perfect for me.

Very easy. Was on the ship within minutes of arrival
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
Only used the buffet on this trip. I thought the food was good. Had a nice assortment of choices. The staff were very friendly and helpful (Omelets, etc.)
Onboard Activities
3 out of 5
I ranked okay, because I really didn't do any of this on this cruise. I was solo and just wanted to relax and have fun, which I did!
Entertainment
I caught the tail end of the first night's show thanks to an error in the Cruise Compass-it stated 8:30 but show was actually at 8. This ship only does a ONE TIME show, and if you miss it too bad. The only other show I was interested in was the same night I was off the ship at Tropicana.
Children's Programs
No children
Service and Staff

Everyone I passed was friendly and spoke. I did not use dining room, but the crew in the Garden Cafe were excellent. My room steward did a good job, she always asked of my day, but is not an overly bubbly type of person
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
Except for the love bugs that were all over the place, the ship was fantastic to me-of course the crew was pressure washing and sweeping most of the first day getting rid of the love bugs.
Cabin / Stateroom

Everything fine here, except of course the size of the shower, but that is a common thing
Ship tip
Relax and enjoy yourself. You will be in good hands
Just caught the hop on/hop off and rode to Hemingway House, then returned to ship after that. I did stop at Sloppy Joe's and stood in front of the bar for over 30 minutes and not one soul spoke or served.
My first ship excursion got cancelled (Hemingway House) which was the ONLY tour I wanted to do. I booked another tour through the ship and regret every minute of it. The guide was very mono-toned and seemed as if he didn't really want you to ask questions.
After that one, I had already booked a private tour (via classic car) online and had the time of my life. Guide was amazing in so many levels. I feel as if I am a part of her family now.
Next I booked Tropicana through the ship-I traveled solo this time, and just felt more comfortable going there this way. The show is absolutely spectacular, and would go there again. I am already planning on returning to Cuba again. (This will be trip # 3 if I do)
Was off the ship very quickly. It seems from the time the announced it, I was quickly checked out of ship, speaking with customs and headed to my vehivle.
