The town is pleasant, the walk through the park and the cathedral is very nice. Quite bustling. Definitely good for a bit of shopping if that’s your thing. The port itself is pretty grim, a proper working port, lots of dust and sand, and the air quality was pretty awful around the port itself.

Lovely port and yes we did an excursion. We did the city sightseeing tour on open top bus and a boat ride round the coast

We took a trip out on this day so didn't see a lot of the port. The trip was good , as normally so added free time would have been nice.
