For a first trip on Brittania was happy with the experience and would certainly consider another trip, although would choose a time without so many children as we did go in half term.

A disaster. Due to late arrival from previous trip resulted in need to arrive 5 hours later. P&O I believe managed it well but were badly let down by CPS who need to look at their contingency in dealing with issues such as occurred, although I know there were unique circumstances but the whole experience left a bitter taste, was finally glad to get on board at 9.45.

Horizon buffet, the normal scrum but delivered what it is there for. Penninsular looked after us well and food was mainly good with a few small let downs. Sindhu was excellent, both service and food. Afternoon tea in Epicurean was lovely

Vocal xtr3me were excellent on both occasions but did not experience much else other than the normal performers in the bars who provided nice background tunes

Nothing short of excellent in all respects, even manged to get smiles out of the often surly looking staff on the reception desk
