Holiday ruined by £160 hidden flight charges by Cruiser95588854

Had a lovely time on Britannia - great itinerary service food BUT when i went to book seats on the flight for the 4 people in my party so we could sit on an 8 hour flight together was greeted with a £20 per person each way charge ! When i complained to Cruise 118 all they wanted to do was blame P&O as it was their fee - Cruise 118 did not tell me about it when i booked . The flight was a charter so they spent endless time trying to flog stuff to you as well  [ Thompson's ] Lesson learned - ask stuff you do not think to when you book !

enjoyed the days at sea, Pontefract Delgada very pleasant. st Martin, st Kitts, Grenada, Barbados wonderful didn't like Dominica at all so got back on ship. Food in Horizon amazing we didn't bother eating anywhere else. the live lounge resident band Pulse brilliant.
