Ravenna is a lovely little town well worth an afternoon. The ship docks right at the beach, too, which is great for a good walk up and down the shore or swimming in warmer months.

Our Excursion was to San Marino and Ravenna. We only visited a church in Ravenna, not the town. This was very misleading.

Bologna is a big city -- we enjoyed touring there though it wasn't our favorite port.
