A: We have T-Mobile and have used the phones everywhere we go. on the ships if you get WiFi you can use that to make calls. There is a pass you can get from t mobile for $5.00 a day. When we are on land we just use T- Mobile.

A: depends when you are going. San Lucia train station will take you to bologna station and you can either arrange transport from there or you can take a regional train from bologna to ravenna and arrange for transportation from the train station to the... cruise port.See More

A: We did a similar cruise last year and used Royal Caribbean's shuttle bus to and from the Ravenna port. The travel time was about 2.5 hours with multiple pick up times at the airport and the Venice transportation center. A: Looks like a short Uber or taxi to the Raveena Railway Station and the various train travel times to Bologna or Venice around 3-4 hours. I’d plan a late or next day flight

A: We are cruising round trip out of Ravenna next month on the Explorer of the Seas and booked cruise transfers both ways through RCCL. We also found that the transfer time would give us little room for delays via Marco Polo Airport in Venice, so we are... flying in two days early and flying out one day later. Delaying our return trip, especially, will save us very long layovers.See More

A: I was told there are 9am and 11am shuttles, but I had to be at the people mover in Venice by 8:30 for either.
