We did a similar cruise last year and used Royal Caribbean's shuttle bus to and from the Ravenna port. The travel time was about 2.5 hours with multiple pick up times at the airport and the Venice transportation center. We flew into Venice two days early and flew home one day later to experience Venice. it was a wonderful experience!

depends when you are going. San Lucia train station will take you to bologna station and you can either arrange transport from there or you can take a regional train from bologna to ravenna and arrange for transportation from the train station to the cruise port.

I just booked an excursion for 2025 date. Leaves marco polo airport and goes to ravenna port. Booked it on cruise web site
