Looks like a short Uber or taxi to the Raveena Railway Station and the various train travel times to Bologna or Venice around 3-4 hours. I’d plan a late or next day flight

We are cruising round trip out of Ravenna next month on the Explorer of the Seas and booked cruise transfers both ways through RCCL. We also found that the transfer time would give us little room for delays via Marco Polo Airport in Venice, so we are flying in two days early and flying out one day later. Delaying our return trip, especially, will save us very long layovers.
