Excellent food. I only had one incident with the Pinnacle Grill when I found a bug on my dessert plate. I believe it was due to the improper washing of the leaves decorating the dessert plate.

Excellent service from all but the room stewards were by far the best.

Disappointed and upset that the ship decided to remove all self service laundering which we counting on due to our stay in Italy after the Cruise. All the windows on the ship needed to be cleaned.

The only complaint I have is the cleanliness. The surfaces of the cabin need to be cleaned and disinfected which they were not. My mother and I cleaned and disinfected the phone, table,dresser, television remote, end table and all the door handle.
