We enjoyed Cozumel. Bought a lot of tee shirts. 8 for $20 in some of the shops. also bought some Rum Cake. A friend of mine took several cruises. He liked Cozumel so well that he quit cruising and started flying straight to Cozumel for his vacations.

Port was clean and the folks were friendly. We took the jeep excersion so that we could experience a bit of everything while there. We booked our excursion through Carnival before leaving. This excursion was with Tortugas Cozumel and our tour guides Elvis and Eliot did a great job. Highly recommend this excursion.

We took a taxi to Paradise Beach while in Cozumel, it was very easy to get a taxi there and back and was only $15. The beach was gorgeous crystal clear water with water slide in it as well. You can just swim for $3 or you can spend $18 and get access to the water toys, snorkeling, and kayaks which was a ton of fun! We also did parasailing 2 people for $100 and it was a gorgeous view. The best part about it is there isn't a lot of traffic throughout the day so it is very relaxing! Highly recommend over Mr. Sanchos!

We were supposed to do isla passion, but the weather was too rough and it GoT cancelled. Took a risk and rented a car and drove around and found some beautiful beaches on the opposite side of the island that had no one there. Beautiful port!

We went to Paradise Beach and at first the taxi driver tried to tell us that it was going to cost us $21 a person (which is wrong, it’s $3 unless you want to do water activities) and that we should go somewhere else like Mr. Sancho’s. However, Mr. Sancho’s is $55 a person I believe. We weren’t planning on being there for a long time since we also wanted to shop so we insisted on going to Paradise Beach still. Paradise Beach is $3 to get in if I remember correctly and then you’re expected to spend $10 a person on food and drink, which is easy to do. You can spend $21 and get a bracelet which allows you to use the kayaks, paddle boards, and inflatables. You don’t have to though, you can just pay $3 and use the pool and beach. The inflatables require a lot of strength to pull yourself up, a few are easier than others though! The food was good but the servings are very large, I’d recommend sharing food. There are a lot of shops at the port and restaurants!
