For my first cruise it couldn't have been more perfect. Wonderful food. Very friendly crew. Fun entertainment.
Embarkation

This was my first cruise and I had heard stories about how long it takes to get on the ship. Not us! We arrived at the port at our scheduled time and were led to the front of the line. Going through security was no problem.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining

This was a fantastic cruise. Since we went during spring break, I was concerned about lots of children and young adults getting drunk. The children that we encountered were well behaved. The teenagers were, well, teenagers. As for dining, there was so much really good food I can't see how anyone would rate it other than a 5. The burgers were wonderful! We ate in the formal dining twice but preferred the buffets.

If I had one "complaint" it would be that so much was going on, we didn't have time to see and do it all. I guess we'll have to go on another cruse. LOL!
Service and Staff

What impressed me was our formal dining waiter remembered all the names of the people at our table after the first night! Anything we asked for was brought to us. We had room service that was very prompt. The cruise director, Lee, was so funny. Erin was our tour guide for Behind the Fun and she was fantastic. Our room steward was always smiling and said hello whenever he saw us.
Ship Quality

Very clean ship. Dining area was constantly monitored to remove dishes from tables. Floors were kept swept. If something was spilled, it seemed like magic people appeared and cleaned the mess. If one of the crew members happened to drop something, others helped clean it. It wasn't left for the crew member that made to mess to clean it up. They always helped each other. As for the ship's design, I continued to get turned around. Ship's design is great. My navigation skills - not so great. LOL!
Cabin / Stateroom

Like I've mentioned, this was my first cruise. I had heard the rooms were small so in my mind, we would be sleeping in a "closet". Not true at all. There was plenty of room. We weren't in there that much. It was very comfortable.
Ship tip
This is a wonderful ship. Take the "Behind The Fun" tour of the ship. Very interesting! The only negative is that they kept running out of ice in the machines. Basically people wasted quite a bit by holding down the button instead of just pressing it once.
We had to take a tender to get ashore. The lines moves quickly and it was a smooth ride to shore. We took the excursion to the Lamanai ruins. Be prepared to walk and climb stairs. Wonderful tour but challenging if you're out of shape. It encouraged me to get in shape before our next cruise.
Very organized and smooth. Once our floor was called to disembark, it took maybe 10 to 15 minutes before we were waiting for the bus to take us to the car.
