Overall this cruise was what we expected. It was only a four day cruise and on a smaller/older ship but we still had fun and can't wait to book our next cruise.

Food and Dining

Main dining rooms were clean and the staff friendly. Food in the main dining room was ok. The other eating areas were clean. Sometimes we would have to wait in long lines to get food. Later in the evenings most food services were closed.
Onboard Activities

Ship only had one small pool which was always crowded so we never were able to use it. There were a total of four hot tubs. Two by the main pool which stayed full like the pool and two at the rear of the ship.
Entertainment

We watched several shows and went to the comedy club most evenings. The shows were entertaining.
Service and Staff

Staff was friendly and helpful. Agus was our room steward and did a fantastic job. We met him as soon as we got on the ship and he remembered us by name for the rest of our time aboard. We haven't had family pictures done in awhile so we decided to book a picture session while on board. Endar worked with us and did a fantastic job taking pictures and helping us get a package together.
Ship Quality

This ship is one of Carnival's older and smaller ships. We knew this when booking the cruise so we were not expecting it to have the abundance of entertainment that the newer and bigger ships have. The ship does need to be updated. We had a sewage line backup into our shower on day two. On the third day it sounded like work crews were tearing the rooms above us apart. Also had a funny odor coming through the AC vents at various times throughout the cruise.
Cabin / Stateroom

Beds were surprisingly comfortable and the room was kept clean.
Ship tip
Be aware that this ship is one of the older/smaller ships that does not have the amenities that the newer/bigger ships have.
Port was clean and we all felt safe while there. We booked the bike tour so we could see the main points of interest. I would not recommend this tour due to the tour guide. He treated/talked to everyone like we were school children. Next time we'll rent scooters and tour the area on our own.
Port was clean and the folks were friendly. We took the jeep excersion so that we could experience a bit of everything while there. We booked our excursion through Carnival before leaving. This excursion was with Tortugas Cozumel and our tour guides Elvis and Eliot did a great job. Highly recommend this excursion.
