A: I always book directly through the cruise lines that you are sailing on. That way they are responsible to get you back to the ship

A: If you are talking about the dolphin excursion at Chakanaab, I booked it directly through Chakanaab. It was a lot cheaper that way. We plan on taking a taxi to and from. There are taxis right there at the cruise port with flat prices.

A: MSC ports at Punta Langosto. Lots of walkable things in the downtown area but outside of 3rd party such as Viator not sure of your options.
Answered by dkantouth on June 7, 2024
A: There is a large shopping area across the street from the port (depending on which pier you land at, there are 3 if I remember correctly). there would be plenty to see there. We opted to do a discover scuba trip that we booked independently at sand d... ollar sports. It was a 10$ taxi ride there and an hour walk back. you could take a taxi back easily, but we wanted the walk. They also had other water sports to try. I would highly recommend them.See More

A: Not all venues contract w/ every cruise line. Not all excursions offered by all 3rd party tour companies advertise on this app. Some places you need to book direct or find a tour company with the option on your own.

Q: Trying to decide between paradise resort and nachi cocum beach day. My step father is not a drinker but def a foodie who likes to taste and try everything. Any suggestions ot which place might be more appealing to him?

A: If he is a true "foodie", he likely won't be impressed at either place - the all-inclusive beach resorts are geared toward drinking frozen cocktails, not having award-winning meals.
Answered by kdlady on January 15, 2024
A: I’d suggest Buccanos if he’s a foodie! It’s north of the cruise ports, easy to get to by cab. Their food is more upscale than Paradise.
Answered by karlgrgurich on January 16, 2024
A: We love paradise. have been there twice on trips to Cozumel. We also reserve the pool side bed. The servers are attentive, there's plenty to eat all inclusive and to drink both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
Answered by 8ntlifewild on January 26, 2024
A: Love the atmosphere of Nachi and the food is great!! The best guacamole I’ve ever had. Paradise is a little more lively and did love the taco truck! Nachi is better IMO.

Q: We are cruising in January 2024 with Royal. There is a group of ten of us (6 adults and 4 kids). We are looking for a free beach that doesn’t require a resort day pass but we wouldn’t mind paying for beach chairs if able to. What would you recommend?

A: Cozumel doesn’t have “free sandy beaches”. The public beaches don’t have facilities. I suggest you go someplace that has made a nice beach or do something. Cozumel is a great place to explore

A: Paradise beach is wonderfully. huge swimming pool, beach chairs water slides, good food, good drinks and entrance is very cheap
Answered by lelirael on November 7, 2023
A: Mr Sancho's has a free section but it fills up pretty quickly. you'll generally be expected to buy food and drink at the "free" beaches on the west side of the island. You might want to look at Chankanaab – Adult $21.00 USD / child$ 14.00 USD. It'... s not a sandy beach, but there's a lot to see and do.See More

A: We’ve been to Mr. Sancho’s several times and enjoyed it. On our next cruise we decided to try Nachi Cocom instead of Mr. Sancho’s.
Answered by kef2016 on August 22, 2023
A: We've done Mr. Sancho's the last 2 times. Our most recent trip in April wasn't as good as last year. Service wasn't as good, food was meh and drinks were just okay. Although they claim to limit the number of people, I don't think that's true. Next... time we are trying Nachi Cocum.See More
