If you scroll to the absolute bottom of the excursion/tour description, you will see the name of the Partner company offering the experience. Unless specific in the details or description about having at the port gate pick-up any transport to the start or meeting point of the tour is separate and arranged by you.

excursions booked in the app are not from the cruise lines and the details on transportation are included in the description.

I always book through cruise line for the fact that if by chance anything happened. Canceled. You will get your money back 3 rd party I don’t do it I know they are cheaper but cheaper is not always the way to go with this Request that you take the high speed ferry over and back. I was on the ferry that sank I don’t do the the smaller ferries. Have fun the dolphins were amazing it was so much fun

If you are talking about the dolphin excursion at Chakanaab, I booked it directly through Chakanaab. It was a lot cheaper that way. We plan on taking a taxi to and from. There are taxis right there at the cruise port with flat prices.

if you look on the Excursion, at the others have noted, it's likely going to say: "Transfers are not included. The 10-15 minute taxi ride will cost approximately $10 each way per taxi for up to 4 people."
