There are 3 different piers the ship's can dock at each with their own little shopping center. So the answer given may not be 3xact matches to the one your ship docks at. Your best advice will come from the on board shopping expert at one of their talks about the port.

Once you get off the ship and go through the shops take a left go about 100 yards take a right then on your left about 50 feet ahead.
