Punta Langosta pier is very convenient to downtown (as opposed to the 2 other piers requiring a taxi to get downtown). Did not do a beach or tour this time (30+ times in Cozumel) so just walked around the town and shopped.

Been here many times but always enjoy this port. Lots of shopping and food and beaches to explore. Lots of options and excursions on the island and off the island also. Will never get tired of this port. ❤️

I wish I had more time to shop or just explore here, but our excursion was really fun. We did the single rider ATV's through the jungle to the Jade Cavern, where we briefly swam. After that, we went to a beach resort (not an excursion) for lunch and lounging.

We always love Cozumel. We just walked around and found it comforting that most everyone was wearing a mask and our temp was checked and entry was count controlled at the grocery store.

Not their fault but the water was very rough so the snorkeling excursion wasn't great. I didn't even get off the boat to snorkel. Then went to Playa Mia where the buffet food was bad as on the ship and the free drinks were very basic.

We didn't do an excursion. We were going to go to a beach instead. Do your research ahead of time and don't do what we did which was ask the people at the port and the cab drivers. They made a suggestion to go to Ocean VIP which turned out to be lousy. Apparently they get kickbacks for suggesting it is what we found out later. The only nice thing was that we got an extended overnight stay because of our rescheduling and that let us shop at night when the market was empty.

Cozumel is a favorite location of ours! We always set base at Paradise beach and have someone pick us up there and take us drift diving then return there to relax and scarf down some grande nachos! We usually split the nacho plate between 2 people and have yet been able to finish them!!

The water is spectacular but the beaches are too full of rocks to make it a hazard to go into the water. We managed without a pre-paid excursion (too expensive) but only because we found the local government tourist agency booth who provided needed guidance. The local taxi/vans charge $30 for what we paid $6 ($3 each way) plus $10 entry fee to go to Playa Mia - not the best beach but it was close by. The beach staff warned us that the local taxis would not be around to return to port after 4:30pm so we left before the beach closed. On a too hot day, this was ok anyway,
