Unruly Children - What do you do?

Seems like kids out of control is a popular pet peeve ... How do you handle unruly children that don't belong to you. Especially if the parents are turning a blind eye.

Security is sometimes more responsive the general crew, especially if you mention a safety issue like pushing, slip/fall, no apparent parental supervision in a pool or public area, running on the stairs... you get the idea.

Make them all walk the plank! well for the drunks... make them stagger off the plank

Personally, I find unruly drunks far worst than unruly children. Unruly children leave a path a trash behind them, unlike the unruly drunks at times leave a path of human waste behind them.

I usually go up to them very quietly and tell them to quiet down. Usually it works and they go somewhere else.

I just move away... move away. If I don't...the more I watch the debacle the more I would get ticked off. I cant be getting upset on my cruise vacation. It wouldn't be a pretty display. If I think about my jobs, the money that I have paid and the fact that its "my" vacation.....Oh, the "ship police" may have to be called on me. Surprised

Yes , you do!Big Smile

Hell's Angels? LOL

That was my intent of the post lol. Sadly, they will probably think it's intended for other people's children because their little angels would never be unruly.

That's the best comment yet. LOL
