Taking "Edibles" On A Cruise

Asking for a friend, of course...

What are the odds of getting "busted" if taking a brownie or two (or cookies, etc) on board for consumption during the cruise?

TIA

Our first cruise on RCL..We brought crackers, protein bars, etc. Never touched them. We don't waste space anymore.

That's crazy

So on my recent cruise, there was one woman who just openly smoked marijuana in the bar area on deck ... no one said a word ... now if someone stepped 2 inches out of the smoking area, the deck hand ran over and scolded them like they were a child .. go figure ....

Didn't realize that this site has a lot of good articles under the advice tab. This one has a blurb about cruises and pot under paragraph 4.

Ha!! I knew we were right. Some of us might just be in that line of work.

The only time we have taken anything "edible" on the ship is if for some reason we didn't finish them in the hotel the day/night before or if we had "goodies" on the air plane and didn't eat them.

No one has ever confiscated them.

Thanks a lot to everyone for all your insights. I will pass this information on to my friend. I'm sure I can now convince him it's not worth it. :-)
