Celebrity Cruises’ newest ship, Celebrity Ascent, welcomed guests starting in November 2023. While the ship hasn’t had much time in the market, it’s clearly making a big splash with rave reviews from those lucky enough to sail already. The ship is the fourth Edge Class ship, and similar to her sister ships, Celebrity Ascent offers four themed main dining rooms, nine specialty dining venues, and several casual eateries. It’s no wonder this newcomer and all Edge class ships are receiving high marks and are included in the top five.

I personally like balconies and this was my first time in an ocean view, but balconies were sold out when we booked this very late and I was pleasantly surprised at how spacious and bright the room was. The small table slid right over our two full-size hard luggage cases so they didn’t take up extra room. The bathroom had a decent-sized shower especially compared to other cruise lines.”
