The ship is very accessible, although to go on deck on the sides required going over a 2 inch flange. Stateroom so comfortable, there was little incentive to leave it.
Embarkation
4 out of 5
Little guidance where to drop off luggage or park. I had a handicap permit and when I showed it to the persons guiding traffic, they kept pointing down the road until I was entirely past the terminal.

Many events overcrowded, especially jewelry presentations.

Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Staff did very well, even though many were sick from norovirus the last several days.
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
Excellent cleanliness.
Cabin / Stateroom
4 out of 5
Handicap accessible, but only after we had the steward remove a large, heavy table taking up most of the room's floor space. Very nice accessible shower. Veranda nice, but in full view of people on the elevator.
