We have done several Viking cruises in the past. This one was again an excellent cruise. The primary thing that I would change is that for some of the excursions that had multiple groups going to the same site at the same time is to stagger the groups. For some of the sites, several Viking buses showed up at the same time. They can easily stagger these and should.

Quite simply the best ocean cruise experience I've had. The itinerary is magical, the ship is sublime, the staff is top notch and the shore excursions are curated for "the thinking person". Viking is on the top of its game. Can't wait until my next Viking Ocean cruise in May 2025!

Be prepared for Covid imposed daily testing and masking requirements in common areas. But, because of these requirements, everyone stayed healthy throughout the Cruise.
